About the Role

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join their Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward in London. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Participating in audits or quality improvement projects to enhance the care provided
  • Mentoring junior nurses using your extensive clinical knowledge
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare insurance, pension contributions, season ticket loan, and critical illness cover.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support
  • Experience in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong clinical governance and experience with audits
