Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Luton. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education to students, providing one-on-one or small group support to help them achieve their full potential.

- EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT ROLE: Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education to students.
- CHILDREN'S LEARNING DEVELOPMENT: Providing support to help students achieve their full potential.
- SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT: Offering emotional and social support to students to ensure they feel confident and engaged.
Requirements:
- A strong commitment to education and child development.
- An ability to work effectively with teachers to deliver high-quality education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent based on the Government's Early Years qualifications list.
- DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
- A good level of qualification in English.
The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in education.
