ADHD and Autism Expert

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced ADHD and Autism Expert to join our team at Your Medical Services. As a key member of our mental health services division, you will play a critical role in enhancing the delivery of mental health services nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:

Consultation and Assessment:

You will collaborate with healthcare providers to assess current mental health service delivery models and identify areas for improvement. This will involve:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of mental health service delivery models.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Working closely with healthcare providers to implement changes and improve service delivery.

Programme Development:

You will design and develop insourcing solutions for ADHD and Autism services, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing effective mental health programmes.
  • Providing training and support to healthcare providers and staff on new insourcing processes and best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in mental health services, specifically with ADHD and Autism.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of implementing healthcare programmes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote setting.
