Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a trusted relationship with existing and new clients.
  • Proactively expand our existing client base through new business development, networking, and client visits.
  • Engage with candidates and continually build candidate resources to meet client demands.
  • Manage your own time and handle your volume of jobs and applicants.
  • Understand client needs and expectations, delivering to both.
  • Provide consultative support to clients/candidates on market conditions, trends, and market rates.
  • Post regular social media posts and adverts for candidate attraction.
  • Manage all aspects of client/candidate engagement throughout the temporary contract period.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates when coordinating interviews and feedback.
  • Source and screen applicants through our internal CRM, job boards, social media, etc.
  • Manage contracts, negotiating fees with clients and pay rates with candidates.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Will be goal-driven and enthusiastic towards their work – mindset is key.
  • Will have strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Will have an outgoing and confident personality, someone who will lead their market.
  • Will have a proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will have a communicative and customer-focused working style.
  • Will have a minimum of 1 year in a recruitment role with temporary recruitment experience.

  • Salary range: £28,500 - £33,000.
  • Commission scheme: Uncapped - OTE = £50,000 / £60,000 +.
