Job Title: Index Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Index Solutions Analyst to join our team at Legal & General Asset Management. As a key member of our Index Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of our custom indices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and maintenance of custom indices, including index holdings and key performance drivers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical and specific client queries, leveraging specialists in the team as needed.
  • Develop and maintain standard presentations and RFP content to support client-specific queries and lead non-standard presentation and RFP production.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing materials for index funds and services.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership relevant to the index proposition.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the current investment market and economic issues from an index and benchmark perspective.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reviewing or evaluating index strategies, or experience in evaluating benchmarks.
  • Strong investment and financial market knowledge.
  • Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis and sophisticated ideas in a concise and understandable fashion.
