The Role: Senior Commercial Analytics Manager

As a Senior Commercial Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of data analysts responsible for providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising performance metrics, identifying key drivers of success and areas for optimization.
  • Create compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to integrate data-driven insights into business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of data analysts.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
