Senior Document Controller

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a skilled Senior Document Controller to support the company's overhead line distribution projects in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of document control and system procedures, with the ability to provide training and instruction as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with project teams to ensure they have a full understanding of document control and system procedures.
  • Identify contractual requirements in relation to document control.
  • Continuously improve and enhance procedures and systems utilised for document control.
  • Provide input to the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of the Information Management Plan.
  • Collaborate with the Design Manager to ensure all documentation issues are addressed.
  • Manage systems such as SharePoint, Autodesk BIM 360 Field, and BIM 360 Docs to ensure efficient storage and access to documentation.
  • Collect and register technical documents, review and update them for maintenance and quality control, and keep personnel updated on new document versions.
  • Issue document numbers to relevant parties and quality-check incoming documents in line with the document control procedure.
