Apprentice Business Support Coordinator

FM Conway is a family-run business with a rich history of creating innovative transportation solutions. We are seeking a motivated and professional Apprentice Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services department.
About the RoleAs our Apprentice Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administration service to our operational divisions. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to correspondence and requests via shared email inboxes, prioritizing work requests as necessary.
- Complete Oracle requisitions for all departments related to workshop, stores, and materials.
- Process and clear invoices for operational divisions according to agreed company protocols, best practices, and timelines.
- Process and record incoming and outgoing correspondence as necessary, adhering to agreed protocols.
- Deliver administration services in accordance with agreed company systems and processes, including data input and document storage.
- Collaborate with other relevant FMC support departments, such as HR, L&D, Recruitment, Payroll, IT, and Finance.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong customer focus, good attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
