Job Title: Project Manager - Water Treatment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple water treatment projects in the Civil Engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage water treatment projects simultaneously, with values of up to £2 million, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork to drive project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Civil Engineering sector, ideally with Water Treatment experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Driving License: Full UK driving license is required for site visits across multiple locations.
