We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at NHS North East London. As a key member of our Diagnostics Programme Team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, delivery, and recovery of diagnostics services across North East London.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed, and delivered.
- Provide project support for the NEL diagnostic clinical pathways work, working in partnership with clinical and Trust leads.
- Support the delivery of project plans, which could include working with key stakeholders across the NEL ICB in the delivery of challenging projects.
- Produce regular reports and escalating issues of concern where appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals.
- Experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment.
- Experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
- Experience of managing risks and reporting.
- Experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence.
- Experience of monitoring budgets and business planning processes.
