Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth and lead our hotel sales team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales management and revenue growth in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent sales, customer care, and account management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
