Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth and lead our hotel sales team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue from hotel bookings, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth from hotel bookings, conferences, and events
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including conference and event planners, to increase revenue and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales management experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
