Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

Troo Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Housekeeping Team: Supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Protocols: Create and maintain cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and behind-the-scenes spaces to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Oversee the inventory and management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we have everything we need to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest cleaning techniques, products, and technologies to ensure that we are always providing the best possible service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Housekeeping: A minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct a team of housekeeping staff.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in housekeeping management software and computer skills to manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and other tasks.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that our properties are always clean and well-maintained.
