  • Support internal IT requirements as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management to support office operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Required skills include analytical skills, critical thinking skills, presentation skills, and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, internet protocols, basic networking, routing, switching, LAN/WAN architecture, network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi technology, and Wi-Fi device management and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Windows Office applications, and other productivity software.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Filipino.
