Care Home Manager

This is a Residential Home where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents.
As a Care Home Manager at HC-One Ltd., you'll be responsible for the well-being of our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll lead, motivate, and mentor your team, delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home.
You'll carry out assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our Residents. You'll also monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
