Job Title: Care Home ManagerWe're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at one of our residential care homes. As a Care Home Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while also leading and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
