Care Home Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, in accordance with Bupa's Vision, Mission, and values.
- Implement all Bupa's detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
- Manage staff costs, associated budgets, and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services.
- NVQ level 3 or above in Care.
- Experience of working in a residential unit to a minimum job level of Senior Care Assistant.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize workload.
- Computer literate with experience of using a variety of IT systems.
