We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join our Property New Business Team in Leamington Spa. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to enable the team to operate efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing correspondence using our case management system
  • Attending to clients on the telephone and in person
  • Administering filing systems, including daily filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
  • Maintaining good relationships with new business introducers
  • Guiding clients through the initial stages of their move
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Arranging scanning and photocopying of paperwork
  • Carrying out other duties as required

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in administration, preferably within residential conveyancing. You should also be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Based on the job requirements and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £22,000-£28,000 per annum.
