Senior Marketing Manager

EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement creative B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for each property asset
  • Recruit and manage a new marketing team
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies for social media channels
  • Coordinate and manage partner events from conception to completion
  • Manage the production of internal and external marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, presentations etc
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify marketing requirements and ensure messaging and outputs are aligned

Requirements:

  • B2B / B2C property / real estate experience is essential
  • 10+ years experience in property
  • Proven experience planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns within the property or real estate industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize with strong project management skills

What We Offer:

  • c£80-90,000 base salary
  • 5-days in the office
