Job Opportunity

Compass Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers, and leading a team of pharmacists and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, including the procurement, preparation, and dispensation of medicines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and services for patients.
  • Manage the pharmacy budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm) and GPhC registration.
  • Experience in community pharmacy, preferably with a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
