Compass Associates is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join their team in Hereford.

The successful candidate will oversee the pharmacy on a day-to-day basis, supporting the team in delivering community services, including prescription support, medication services, and clinical advice.

The role offers a range of benefits, including 6 weeks paid annual leave, 15% discount for stores, matched pension contributions, and private healthcare.

Requirements include a degree in Pharmacy, GPHC registration, and experience in community pharmacy.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality care, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and a high sense of personal responsibility.

This role is commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, and Ludlow.
