Customer Acquisition and Solutions Expert

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition and Solutions Expert to join our sales team at Knotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and exceeding daily/weekly KPIs set by your sales manager. You will work effectively as part of a team to work towards group KPI targets and manage the diary of the AE's through effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales and proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce, and other technology solutions for streamlining business processes. You will also have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve and objection handle customer and broker needs and relationships.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme and professional development opportunities.
