Job Title: Facade Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facade Contracts Manager to oversee and manage facade and envelope cladding projects, primarily in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts from tender to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage contract variations, and handle claims and disputes effectively.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contracts are legally sound and mitigate any potential risks.
Project Management:
  • Lead and manage multiple facade and envelope cladding projects concurrently.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
  • Communicate project progress and any issues to senior management.
  • Ensure that all construction activities meet regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing or envelope cladding, with a strong understanding of facade systems.
  2. Proven track record in managing large-scale construction contracts.
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. In-depth knowledge of contract law, risk management, and industry regulations.
  5. Financially astute with a solid understanding of project budgeting and cost control.
  6. Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
