About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Game Design Director to join our team at Rebellion. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver high-quality game design.
  • Collaborate with the production team to define and balance creative vision with production realities.
  • Communicate and champion the design direction to the team and ensure they remain up to date with evolving briefs.
  • Verify the quality of design in the game and provide feedback to designers to make improvements.
  • Plan and conduct gameplay evaluations with the design team to fine-tune and improve the game.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of game design principles and practices.
  • Experience in leading game design teams and managing game development projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of game development tools and technologies.
