Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Game Designer to join our team at Rebellion. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of designers to deliver a high-quality gameplay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of designers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with design directors and production teams to balance creative vision with production realities.
  • Oversee the work of a project design team and mentor designers in all aspects of their role.
  • Regularly review team work against design briefs and provide actionable feedback to make improvements.
  • Verify the quality of design in the game and suggest improvements where necessary.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of people management best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of the video game development process.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results using required tools and processes.
