We are seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Technician to join our team in the South of England. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and working closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware, including experience with hardware repairs such as PCs, Laptops and Apple Macs. A full UK driving licence is also required for the position.

The salary for this role is estimated at £29,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer full training if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer hardware.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Evaluate the priority of job requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Produce and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel across the south-east region.
