We are looking for a skilled Project Controls and Reporting Specialist to join our Defence team in Glasgow. As a Performance and Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and continuous improvement of performance reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in providing project controls support to the configuration and setup of project reporting information systems. You will develop performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements, maturity, and best practices.

You will lead the implementation, embedding, and roll-out of changes to Performance and Reporting processes and promote the benefits and requirements within the project and programme team. A basic familiarity with Project Controls software (e.g. Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys) and experience using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a healthy, productive, and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.
