This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success by developing and implementing effective performance management strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in performance reporting processes, developing performance management plans for clients, and promoting the benefits of Performance within the project and programme team.

We require someone with a strong background in project controls, preferably in a similar field, with experience in implementing Earned Value Management, progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in leading small teams, basic familiarity with some Project Controls software, and experience in using data analysis tools such as Power BI.

This role also requires the ability to hold or obtain valid security clearance (SC) due to the sensitive nature of the works involved in these specialist defence projects.

The salary for this role is approximately £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and income protection.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience and qualifications in project controls, preferably in a similar field. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A basic understanding of Project Controls software and data analysis tools is essential, as well as experience in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in line management and career development.

In addition, you should be willing to undergo background checks and obtain valid security clearance (SC) as required by the project.
