Nuclear Defence Infrastructure Specialist

Conrad Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Defence Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced structural engineer to take on a leadership role and contribute to high-profile projects within the nuclear defence framework.
As a Nuclear Defence Infrastructure Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects that frequently exceed £400M in value. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading design teams and coordinating project activities
- Developing and implementing project plans and strategies
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to company development
- Producing progress reports to senior engineers
Requirements:
- A degree in civil and structural engineering
- A chartered or near chartered engineer status
- Established technical skills and delivery capability
- Eligibility for security clearance
- UK national
On Offer:
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum salary
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- 37 hours working week
- Up to 8% pension contribution
