Project Controls Specialist

CV-Library is currently recruiting for an experienced project controls specialist to be engaged on a contract basis in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the project's cost and planning functions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in major defence/nuclear projects and will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and direction to the project controls community.
- Working with partners and subcontractors to ensure a consolidated view of project status and key metrics.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project & Excel, as well as a BSc level qualification in an engineering construction related discipline (advantageous). Association with a professional Project Management Institution is also desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
