Maintenance and Estates Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance and Estates Coordinator to join our team at Futures. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of maintenance and Health & Safety throughout our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively maintain and improve the condition of our facilities, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance team, including rotas, holiday requests, appraisals, and training.
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance from all departments, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Collaborate with contractors and raise purchase orders as required.
  • Attend training sessions and senior management meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

  • Significant experience in facilities management, with a proven ability to work proactively and apply a solution-focused approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A passion for maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and a commitment to continuous improvement.
