About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for the maintenance and validation of HPLC and mass spectrometry systems at customer sites. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to equipment from various instrument vendors.

The ideal candidate should have experience with HPLC & LC-MS systems from companies like Waters, TFS, Shimadzu, Sciex, Agilent, etc. A full UK driving license is also required for this role.

Job Description

As a Service Engineer for HPLC and LC-MS equipment, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and validating HPLC and mass spectrometry systems at customer sites
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to equipment from multiple vendors
  • Collaborating with customers to ensure efficient system operation
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Experience with HPLC & LC-MS system maintenance and repair
  • A strong understanding of chromatography principles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
