Nurse Educator and Practice Development Lead

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and progress in your career, while contributing to the delivery of high-quality education and training in the field of clinical healthcare.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education and training plans, supporting staff in their professional development, and promoting evidence-based practice through research and quality service delivery.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical healthcare and education, with experience in a clinical role in specialist healthcare. You will also possess the necessary qualifications and skills, including registration with NMC and HCPC, and evidence of continuous professional development.
We offer a competitive salary of £39,009 - £44,191 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including company pension scheme, holiday entitlement, and corporate discount with hundreds of retailers and services.
Key Requirements- Educated to degree level (level 6 or working towards).
- Registered Clinical Professional (registered with NMC, HCPC).
- Evidence of Practice Supervisor/Practice Assessor training.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Experience in a clinical role in specialist healthcare.
- Working knowledge of training needs analysis, planning and facilitation of adult-based learning, mandatory and priority training requirements, different learning styles and application in delivering education and training.
- Working knowledge of clinical assessment skills for clinical non-registered and registered staff.
- Skilled in coaching and supporting staff and volunteers, appraisals, inductions, mentoring, and preceptorship.
