We are partnering with an established and welcoming business to find an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the purchase ledger, processing invoices, and matching POs.
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing supplier account details.
  • Regularly reconciling supplier statements and reviewing them with the Accounts Assistant.

Requirements:

  • You must be a helpful, enthusiastic, and committed team player who can learn quickly.
  • You should be computer literate with experience in Excel and Word.
  • You should have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • You should have high levels of accuracy and close attention to detail, with a willingness to work as required to meet deadlines, particularly around period ends.
