Our client is a leading organisation within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running payroll for two legal entities, ensuring accuracy and integrity. They will also be responsible for resolving payroll-related issues, preparing HMRC-related payroll reports, and managing payroll data for audits and third-party reviews.

Key Responsibilities

* Run payroll for two legal entities, ensuring accuracy and integrity
* Resolve payroll-related issues in collaboration with plant teams
* Prepare HMRC-related payroll reports (RTI uploads, P11D, PSA calculations)
* Manage payroll data for audits and third-party reviews
* Provide payroll-related data as required by senior management

Requirements

* Experience in a multisite manufacturing business with a mix of hourly and salaried employees
* Experience in implementing a new payroll system
