Sales Growth and Customer Service

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Representative, covering branches in Salisbury and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Covering multiple locations in the Salisbury area
  2. Providing outstanding customer service
  3. Driving sales growth through effective techniques
Requirements:
  • Able to provide own transportation
  • Experience within retail or hospitality advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation Package:
  • Competitive salary: £24,024 per annum (increasing to £24,440 after probation)
  • Uncapped weekly bonus potential
