Senior Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to work in our community mental health team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience of working in community settings.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- To assess and manage patients with mental health needs, using evidence-based interventions and treatments.
- To develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- To work closely with patients, their families, and carers to promote recovery and well-being.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in mental health nursing (RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience of working in community mental health settings, with a strong understanding of recovery approaches and psychosocial interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
