Job Title: Care Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Camden, Islington & Haringey. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients and contributing to our company's values of warmth, respect, and professionalism.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team that provides person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management;
- Preparing nutritious meals and maintaining a safe and healthy environment;
- Assisting with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring client safety and comfort;
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and communicating effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle;
- The right to work in the UK;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- A caring and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable adults;
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends;
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills;
- Reliability and punctuality.
