Detailed Job Description
  • Direct work with service users to develop internal skills and increase their resilience and independence.
  • Consultation with crisis services to develop management plans that align with long-term work.
  • Entry needs assessments, case notes, risk assessment, and crisis planning on EPR system.

The postholder will be required to administer depot medication (NMC reg. only) and provide expert care in personality disorder care coordination, adhering to NMC or HCPC codes of professional conduct.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £44,806 - £53,134 per annum, inclusive of HCAS. Benefits include NHS Discounts, generous annual leave allowance, and NHS Pension Scheme.
