Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Ward team at Pinehill Hospital in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, administer medications, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character
