Responsibilities of the Registered General Nurse - Band 5 include:
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care, welfare, and safety for all residents
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations

  • Maintaining compliance with all statutory requirements regarding documentation and health and safety
  • Mentoring junior staff members
