Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care by conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and maintain registration requirements.
- Supervise and support care team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Administer medication, perform wound care, and manage chronic medical conditions, among other nursing tasks.
- Provide staff support, training, and mentoring to ensure the care team is equipped to provide exceptional care.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to maintain a holistic approach to patient care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to write comprehensive care plans.
- Able to demonstrate empathy and warmth when interacting with patients and their families.
- Ability to perform general nursing tasks, such as peg feeding, wound care, and phlebotomy.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a care team and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
