Job Title: Charity Cluster Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charity Cluster Manager to join our Cash for Kids team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive fundraising efforts and achieve targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic direction, planning, and daily management of the charity
  • Achieving fundraising targets through high-profile campaigns and events
  • Encouraging corporates, schools, and businesses to create fundraising events
  • Researching and developing new fundraising opportunities and maintaining current relationships
  • Assessing fundraising activities and proposing strategies for their management
  • Creating and implementing PR plans for the charity
  • Recruiting, managing, and maintaining a volunteer/street team base
  • Building and maintaining long-term fundraising relationships with corporates and donors
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, with a hands-on approach and strong work ethic
  • Proven track record in a sales/corporate environment
  • Project management skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends when required
  • Ability to prioritize work for maximum impact on cash growth
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be flexible with work hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and presentation systems
  • Solid knowledge of social media networking tools and their effective use
  • Experience of charity fundraising, events, or marketing/PR is advantageous
