About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charity Cluster Manager to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our Cash for Kids team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive fundraising efforts and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve fundraising targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, schools, and businesses to create fundraising events and opportunities.
  • Research and identify new fundraising opportunities and maintain current relationships to ensure maximum impact.
  • Assess fundraising activities and propose strategies for their management to optimize results.
  • Create and implement PR plans to promote the charity and its initiatives.
  • Recruit, manage, and maintain a volunteer/street team base to support fundraising efforts.
  • Build and maintain long-term fundraising relationships with corporates and donors to secure sustainable funding.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach with a strong work ethic to drive results.
  • Proven track record in a sales/corporate environment with a focus on business development.
  • Project management skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends when required and ability to prioritize work for maximum impact.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be flexible with work hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and presentation systems.
  • Solid knowledge of social media networking tools and their effective use.
  • Experience of charity fundraising, events, or marketing/PR is advantageous.
