As a Project Manager at Veritas Prime, you will be responsible for materialising plans into services and products.

Nature and Scope

Prime Project Managers use their expertise to produce estimates of all phases of project implementation, support or lead budget management, and actively participate in project scoping and planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful delivery of projects as and when needed
  • Liaise with other functions of the organisation and seniors to ensure project delivery is effective and efficient
  • Work proactively to ensure engagement is high with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management processes, procedures, policies, tools, and methodologies
  • Coach and mentor project teams as and when required
  • Ensure all actions from post-implementation reviews are properly implemented and applied to new projects
  • Arrange and lead project review meetings and provide independent assessment on the project's overall status

Requirements

  • 15 plus years of IT and business/industry related experience with large, global organisations
  • Minimum of 8 years in a project management role, managing medium to large global teams
  • Five plus years of leadership responsibility managing medium to large projects/teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
  • Strong functional knowledge of the system and experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors projects (ideal but not necessarily)
  • Profound understanding of HR and industry-specific business processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and communicate to Senior managers and executives

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
