We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Office Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, administration, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze project histories, business requirements, and industry trends to support bid submissions
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including social media, website updates, and press releases
  • Coordinate and submit architectural award entries, and plan and coordinate events
  • Manage and maintain the company directory, and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in bid writing and/or marketing administration is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a valid driving license
