Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students with mental health problems, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies to support students' needs.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a reputable UK University.
Relevant experience working within SEN or SEMH settings is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with students and colleagues.
