Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a member of our Outstanding SEN team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a comfortable and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to students with mental health problems, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies to support students' needs.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:
• A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a reputable UK University.
