Lincolnshire Site Operations Lead

- Manage and deliver heating maintenance projects across 8 sites in Lincolnshire, Notts, and Leicestershire
- Ensure projects are completed safely, within agreed timelines, and budget
- Maintain statutory compliance, ensuring any overdue tasks are adequately mitigated
- Work closely with the senior project manager to achieve project goals
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in M&E project management, preferably with commercial heating experience, and hold a relevant HNC or equivalent qualification. Strong IT skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a full UK driving licence are also essential.
Mainstay Industrial offers a competitive salary of up to £52,000, company benefits including a company car/car allowance, 6% employer matched pension contribution, and 25 days annual leave.
