Senior Office Coordinator

The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our management team. This includes organizing and maintaining schedules, managing email correspondence, and performing system housekeeping activities. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate a high level of discretion and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain manager's diaries and schedules
- Manage email correspondence and respond to queries
- Maintain shared drive structure and perform system housekeeping activities
- Arrange travel and hotel bookings as required
- Liaise with partners, customers, and outside organizations
- Cover phone and IT duties as needed
- Prepare written work and presentation materials
- Coordinate management team events and meetings
- Maintain up-to-date document management and filing systems
- Deliver admin projects and coordinate Go, Look, See Audits
- Support Business in the Community initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in administration
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
- High level of discretion and diplomacy
- Able to organize own workload and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
Salary: £20.34 per hour
