Key Responsibilities
  • Provide line management support to a team of staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of our service users.
  • Work closely with the manager to ensure that the service is run efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of our service users and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain safe working environments, ensuring that staff are able to fulfill their duties safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular supervisions and performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff to support their development.
  • Plan and manage the rota, ensuring that the service is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Deliver services to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set within the Operational Services, ensuring that the service is meeting its targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a care management role, preferably in a supported living setting.
  • Knowledge of person-centered planning and health and safety.
  • Experience of supervision and development of staff teams.
  • IT literate.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care desirable.
  • Full UK Manual license is essential.
  • Previous experience in the management of services and understanding of the legislation and requirements that governs us from CQC.
  • Knowledge of multi-sensory impairments/learning difficulties is beneficial.
